New Xailer pre-release 3

Dear Xailer users,
Xailer pre-release 3 is ready for all the registeres users. You can download
it from here:
http://www.xailer.com/files/xailerpr3.exe
We highly recommend that you install this version on top of your actual
version, in case not, you must repeat the registration process.
Is also necessary that you install a new xHabour version for Xailer that you
can download from this link:
http://www.xailer.com/files/xharbourpr3.exe
If you encounter any problem on this new version due the great amount of
changes we apoligize for them already and we expect to have them fixed ASAP.
