English documantation and problems with activation

Hello Xailer Team
I have problems with xailer 5 activation (portable and on my work pc). I send already mails to activation@xailer.com and i hope to solve these problems. Also i can not see the english chm about Xailer 5 (new classes etc.) i see only a xailer4 chm file.
Please provide info
